Billy Kerns

Billy Lee Kerns, age 52 of Fisher, WV, passed away Wednesday afternoon, November 8, 2024, at his residence. Born September 20, 1972, in Winchester, VA, he is the son of Linda Marie Smith Ely of Moorefield, WV and Robert James Kerns of Augusta, WV.

A skilled carpenter and mechanic, whose hands brought beauty and functionality to everything he touched; Billy's talent in carpentry and concrete finishing was surpassed only by his dedication to his craft. As we reflect on his life, we remember his meticulous craftsmanship and the care he put into every project he undertook. Billy's reputation as a skilled tradesman precedes him, leaving a lasting impact on those he worked with and the projects he completed.

Surviving in addition to his parents are ten brothers, Robert Kerns of Gore, VA, Jason Kerns of Moorefield, WV, Kenneth Kerns of Fisher, WV, Donnie Ray Kerns of Berkley Springs, WV, Austin Kerns of Augusta, WV, James Kerns of Berkley Springs, WV, Michael Kerns of Rio, WV, Bobby Kerns of Augusta, WV, Joseph Graham of Reno, NV and Larry Graham of Milam, WV and a step-sister, Candy Lindamood of Gore, VA.
