Anna Katherine Eye

Anna Katherine Eye, age 86 of Old Fields, WV, passed away Wednesday morning, November 13, 2013 at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. Born March 22, 1927 in Kessel, WV, she was the daughter of the late Elvy Curtis Snyder & Lillian Odessa (Kessel) Snyder. She was a 50+ year employee of Hester Industries and its subsidiaries. Her husband, Jesse W. Eye, preceded her in death in November 2003. Four brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, Ronald W. Eye of Old Fields, WV and Larry Eye of Moorefield, WV; three daughters, Patsy Dolly of Old Fields, WV, Brenda Crites of Dorcas, WV and Sandra Hess of Martinsburg, WV; two brothers, Curtis Snyder of Martinsburg, WV and Wayne Snyder of Inwood, WV; two sisters, Arvella Barr of Shepherdstown, WV and Helen Jones of Martinsburg, WV; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted 10:00 AM Monday, November 18, 2013 at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington St., with Pastor Otis Buzz Weatherholt officiating. Interment will follow at the Bethel Cemetery, Old Fields, WV. The family will receive friends from 5 8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
