Anna Ruby Cook

Anna Ruby Cook, age 84 of Town Run Road, Moorefield, WV, passed away Monday evening, July 5, 2004, at the Grant County Nursing Home in Petersburg, WV. Born March 12, 1920 in Hardy Co., WV, she was a daughter of the late Daniel H. & Elizabeth (Crites) Cook. A son, a granddaughter, a sister and two brothers preceded her in death. Anna had been a resident of the Grant County Nursing Home for over three year. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Surviving are three daughters, Mary May of Fisher, WV, Barbara Davidson of Moorefield, WV and Lisa VanMeter of Maysville, WV; ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. Funeral Services were conducted Thursday, July 8, 2004 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Bishop David Bradley officiating. Interment followed at the Olivet Cemetery.
