Alice Virginia Henry

Alice Virginia Henry, age 81 of Chipley Lane, Moorefield, WV, passed away Sunday evening, March 30, 2008 at the E.A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Baker, WV. Born October 10, 1926 in Moorefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Samuel & Nettie (Rice) Barb. She was preceded in death by a son, two grandsons, a brother and a sister. Surviving is a daughter with whom she resided, Nettie Henry of Moorefield, WV; three sons, Dan Henry of Moorefield, WV, Bill Henry and his wife Rebecca Dawn of Moorefield, WV and Sam Henry and his wife Carolyn of Parkersburg, WV; a granddaughter, Misty Wolfe and husband Wayne of Moorefield, WV; two grandsons, SGT. Luke Henry stationed in Baghdad, Iraq & Willy Henry of Moorefield, WV; two great-grandsons and a step-great-grandson. Funeral Services will be conducted 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield with Pastors Lucy & Russell Webster officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until time of services at 8:00 PM. At her request, Ms. Henry will be cremated after the funeral service and her ashes interred at Olivet Cemetery at a later date.
