Alice Agatha Cooper

Alice Agatha Cooper, age 89 of Pendleton County Nursing Home, Franklin, WV formerly of Moorefield, WV, passed away Saturday morning, September 2, 2006 at the nursing hone. Born January 27, 1917 in Hardy Co., WV she was the daughter of the late Samuel L. & Mary B. (Buckley) Clower. Her husband Emmanuel Cooper preceded her in death. Also, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Alice had been a resident of the Pendleton County Nursing Home since May of 1997. Surviving is a sister; Mary Catherine ?Kate? Raines of Grant County Nursing Home, Petersburg, WV; a niece and several nephews. Graveside Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at the South Branch Memorial Gardens, Petersburg, WV, with Pastor Calvin Bailey officiating. Friends may call from 6 ? 8 PM Monday at the Fraley Funeral Home in Moorefield.
